Empowering Care Leavers to thrive
Too many young people struggle after leaving care.
Each year, one in three care leavers lose their home. They make up 25% of the homeless population and 25% of the prison population. A third say they lack confidence in managing money, and care-experienced young people are five times more likely to take their own life.
We're here to change that.
